On October 2, 2007, we processed a routine Yahoo server upgrade for our webhosting account. Errors were found when attempting to publish our store on the new server. Yahoo engineers worked on the store and brought it back up on October 16, 2007. We appreciate the work of Mark and Chad in helping us resolve this issue.

For our valued customers, we apologize for the downtime you experienced. Yes, our email was also affected. If you tried to email us during that time frame, we did not receive it. Please resend it or call our toll-free number during business hours.
